Job Description
Journey is seeking a Creative Editor to shape the visual and narrative identity of films. The Creative Editor will craft stories with precision and intention, collaborating with directors and project teams to ensure edits are visually striking and emotionally resonant.

Responsibilities of the role include:
  • Shaping compelling visual narratives
  • Collaborating with directors and producers
  • Maintaining a contemporary editorial style
  • Using editing software (Premiere, Resolve, After Effects)
  • Maintaining a structured workflow
  • Reviewing and organizing footage
  • Working with sound designers
  • Troubleshooting technical issues


The ideal candidate should possess:
  • 3+ years of experience in the film/creative industry
  • Experience using Adobe Premiere
  • Creative vision
  • Intellectual and creative rigor
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Enthusiasm for learning
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Problem-solving skills
