JD Sports Fashion, founded in 1981, is a leading multi-channel retailer of sports and outdoor fashion in the UK and Europe. With over 2,400 stores, the group caters to various retail segments and prides itself on offering customers the latest products from top brands. They are looking for a part-time Sales Assistant to join their team in Taranto.

As a member of the JD Sports team, the Sales Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the best possible service to customers visiting the store. They will assist customers to maximize store productivity, exceed sales targets, and utilize in-store devices.

Role Involves:

• Assisting customers in all phases of the sale, from product selection to purchase, ensuring targets are met.
• Providing alternatives and maximizing sales by leveraging the company's digital channels to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Assisting in maintaining standards on the sales floor and cleaning as needed.
• Checking stock on the sales floor and replacing it when necessary to ensure the full range of sizes is available.

Requirements:

• Experience in the Retail sector is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer management skills.
• Aptitude for teamwork and a good level of attention to detail.
