GSA - Legal Entity Management at HSP Group

HSP Group is seeking a detail-oriented Global Service Associate (GSA) to serve as the primary point of contact between its network of Local Service Partners (LSPs) and clients. In this role, the GSA will coordinate the delivery of Business as Usual (BAU) services, developing strong relationships with clients, LSPs, Global Service Directors, and other team members.

The Global Service Associate at HSP Group will be responsible for ensuring smooth handovers from the Implementation team to BAU, maintaining and updating systems, creating service tickets, monitoring calendars and deadlines, reviewing corporate documents, managing client queries, and adhering to SLAs. They will also contribute to building a knowledge base and improving business processes.

Responsibilities include:

• Working with Implementation team on handover to BAU.
• Updating and maintaining BAU related systems.
• Creating service tickets and sense check data provided by clients and/or LSPs.
• Monitoring calendars and ensuring that clients and LSPs meet all deadlines.
• Reviewing Corporate Documents, filing with naming conventions.
• Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with LSPs.
• Responding to client ad hoc queries.
• Monitoring the status of assigned tasks and tickets, providing regular updates where required.
• Adhering to SLAs in terms of responsiveness and quality where applicable.
• Building and maintaining region and/or service line specific knowledge base.
• Providing excellent customer centric service.
• Managing and giving input on team processes and other business improvement initiatives.
• Additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 3-4 years minimum experience in Legal Entity Management or CoSec.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience in flexible working/work from home.
• Reliable home internet connection.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Project management experience a plus.
• Microsoft suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
• Experience with a CRM system (Microsoft 365, Salesforce) a plus.
