HSP Group is seeking a Global Service Associate (GSA) to coordinate the delivery of Business as Usual (BAU) services, acting as the primary contact between HSP Group’s network of Local Service Partners (LSPs) and clients. The GSA will develop strong relationships with clients, LSPs, Global Service Directors (GSD), and other team members.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working with Implementation team on handover to BAU
  • Updating and maintaining BAU related systems (FreshDesk, Salesforce, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams)
  • Creating service tickets and sense checking data
  • Monitoring calendars and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Reviewing Corporate Documents, filing with naming conventions
  • Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with LSPs
  • Responding to client ad hoc queries
  • Monitoring the status of assigned tasks and tickets
  • Adhering to SLAs
  • Building and maintaining region and/or service line specific knowledge base
  • Providing excellent customer centric service
  • Managing and giving input on team processes and other business improvement initiatives
  • Performing additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years minimum experience in Legal Entity Management or CoSec
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Proficiency in a second foreign language a plus
  • Experience in flexible working/work from home
  • Reliable home internet connection
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Project management experience a plus
  • Microsoft suite proficiency
  • Experience with a CRM system (Microsoft 365, Salesforce) a plus
