HSP Group is seeking a Global Service Associate (GSA) to coordinate Business as Usual (BAU) services between Local Service Partners (LSPs) and clients. The GSA will act as the primary contact, developing strong relationships with clients, LSPs, Global Service Directors (GSD), and the HSP Group team.
Responsibilities include:
- Working with the Implementation team on handover to BAU.
- Updating and maintaining BAU-related systems (FreshDesk, Salesforce, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams).
- Creating service tickets and checking data.
- Monitoring calendars and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Reviewing corporate documents and filing with naming conventions.
- Responding to client queries and escalating issues.
- Monitoring task status and providing updates.
- Adhering to SLAs.
- Building and maintaining a knowledge base.
- Providing customer-centric service.
- Managing and giving input on team processes.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in Legal Entity Management or CoSec.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Proficiency in a second language is a plus.
- Experience in flexible working/work from home.
- Reliable home internet connection.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Microsoft Suite proficiency.
- Experience with a CRM system is a plus.
