Job Description
HSP Group is seeking a Global Service Associate to coordinate the delivery of Business as Usual services between the company's network of Local Service Partners and its clients. The Global Service Associate will act as the primary contact point and develop strong relationships with clients, LSPs, GSDs, and other team members.Responsibilities include:
- Working with the Implementation team on handover to BAU
- Updating and maintaining BAU-related systems
- Creating service tickets and sense-checking data
- Monitoring calendars and ensuring deadlines are met
- Reviewing Corporate Documents, filing with naming conventions
- Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with LSPs
- Responding to client queries and escalating issues as needed
- Monitoring task status and providing updates
- Adhering to SLAs
- Building and maintaining a knowledge base
- Providing excellent customer service
- Managing and giving input on team processes
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years minimum experience in Legal Entity Management or CoSec
- Very strong English communication skills
- Proficiency in a second foreign language a plus
- Experience in flexible working/work from home
- Reliable home internet connection
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Project management experience a plus
- Microsoft suite proficiency
- Experience with a CRM system a plus
