Ketryx is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the growth of their healthcare technology start-up. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and engaging qualified candidates to support the company's mission of impacting 100 million patient lives by 2030. This role offers the opportunity to implement a target-driven work ethic and contribute to a fast-paced, demanding atmosphere. The position can be remote anywhere in the US as long as working hours are CST or EST time zones.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Leverage communication skills to engage with candidates.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels.
  • Conduct full cycle recruitment.
  • Work closely with the Senior People Operations Manager to improve processes.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of fast-paced, recruitment experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using Google Workspace, ATS, HRIS, and online systems.
