Client Operations Associate

Job Description

Ketryx is seeking a Client Operations Associate to join their growing team in Boston. Ketryx is on a mission to save and improve lives by making medical software and AI safe, secure, and reliable. The Client Operations Associate will play a crucial role in supporting customers, ensuring their success with the Ketryx platform, and contributing to the development of safer, more innovative medical technologies.

The Client Operations Associate will support customers from onboarding through long-term partnership. They will configure and tailor the Ketryx platform to meet customer needs, help optimize quality and regulatory workflows, and ensure customers get the most from the technology. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to shape the product and improve how Ketryx works.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with client onboarding, training, and support.
• Configuring and optimizing the Ketryx platform.
• Troubleshooting issues and improving workflows.
• Sharing customer insights to shape product direction.
• Maintaining compliant documentation within the QMS.

Requirements include:

• Previous experience working within a regulated environment.
• Familiarity with configuring technical systems and data flows.
• Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in process execution with a focus on quality.
• Strong technical writing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
