JD Sports Fashion, founded in 1981, is a leading multi-channel retailer of sports and outdoor fashion in the UK and Europe. With over 2,400 stores, the group focuses on various retail segments and offers customers the latest products from top brands. They are seeking a Sales Assistant for their store in Afragola.

As part of the JD Sports team, the Sales Assistant will acquire the skills necessary to ensure the best possible service to customers.

Role Involves:

• Assisting customers in all phases of the sale, from product selection to purchase.
• Providing alternatives and maximizing sales, also leveraging digital channels.
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards on the sales floor.
• Verifying and replenishing stock on the sales floor.

Requirements:

• Preferably some experience in customer-facing activities outside of retail.
• Excellent communication and customer management skills.
