The Stage Sales Assistant role at JD Sports involves acquiring the skills necessary to ensure the best possible service to customers.

Role involves:

• Assisting customers in all phases of the sale, from product selection to purchase.
• Providing alternatives and maximizing sales, also leveraging the company's digital channels.
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards on the sales floor.
• Verifying stock on the sales floor and replacing it when necessary.

Requirements:

• Preferable experience in customer-facing activities outside of retail.
• Excellent communication and customer management skills.
