Verkada is seeking a highly motivated Associate Account Executive to join their team in Tempe, AZ. This role is part of the "Verkademy" program, designed to fast-track Sales Associates into Mid-Market Account Executives. The ideal candidate will be passionate, energetic, and a self-starter, capable of thriving in a fast-paced sales environment.Verkada is a leader in cloud-based B2B physical security, offering integrated product lines including video security cameras, access control, environmental sensors, alarms, workplace management, and intercoms.Responsibilities:
  • Prospect, qualify, and follow up with a high volume of cold leads.
  • Understand customer needs and communicate how Verkada can solve them.
  • Generate meetings and opportunities for Account Executives.
  • Provide accurate lead distribution and thorough discovery.
  • Use Verkada's Salesforce.com systems and sales enablement tools.
  • Consistently achieve quota to ensure territory revenue and growth objectives.
  • Build relationships with prospects and internal/external customers.
Requirements:
  • Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting.
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant working experience.
  • Written & verbal communication skills in English.
  • Salesforce.com and Outreach experience is a plus.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US.
