OVERDARE aims to create a mobile interactive UGC platform where users can create various games using generative AI and the Unreal 5 engine. The platform also supports avatar customization, social activities, and a C2E system based on NFT and blockchain. The company believes in a new platform filled with diverse enjoyment, combining Krafton's technology and Naver Z's experience.
The role involves:
- Planning and managing business strategies for OVERDARE platform growth.
- Proactively identifying and resolving company operational issues.
- Solving complex problems in global platform business operations.
- Supporting blockchain-related tasks and managing operational risks.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in business strategy planning and operation in IT and platform business.
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders in a global business environment.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience in the game industry and platform business.
- Basic knowledge of blockchain and ability to perform related tasks.
- Experience in structuring and solving new problems.
- Experience in defining problems and designing efficient solutions.
- Contract review and business risk analysis experience.
