Product Director Insurance at Insify

Role Involves:

• Owning and executing the product roadmap for the Dutch market.
• Driving the creation, implementation, and optimization of new and existing insurance products.
• Partnering with teams across Insify.
• Conducting industry research and competitive benchmarking.
• Developing knowledge and keeping up to date with industry trends and regulatory developments.
• Using data-driven insights and customer feedback to identify opportunities.
• Acting as an ambassador for small business insurance.
• Monitoring product performance and delivering continuous improvements.

Requirements:

• 4-7 years of experience in a top-tier consulting or financial services firm, or product management.
• Familiarity with insurance products and processes.
• Customer-obsessed with a passion for creating products that empower small business owners.
• Data-driven mindset with proven experience using analytics.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication skills in Dutch and English.
