Claims Handler at Insify

Insify is seeking a Claims Handler to contribute to building the best claims handling process in the industry. The role involves combining technology and human attention to create the best customer experience for entrepreneurs. Insify aims to make insurance simple, fast, and fair.

• Intake, handling, and settlement of claims
• Handling intakes of customers with occupational disability
• Handling objections to AOV claims
• Maintaining contact with experts, lawyers, and other insurers
• Directly liaising with reinsurers
• Supporting and advising customers
• Contributing to improving products with input
• Working on improving the claims process, including process improvement and automation of repetitive tasks

Requirements Include:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in handling business claims
• Experience with AOV claims is a plus
• Possession of WFT Basis, WFT Damage private/business is a plus
• Good oral and written skills in both Dutch and English
• Critical and strong analytical skills
• Ability to make decisions
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and pragmatic approach
• Efficient and accurate work style
