This role is crucial in providing an outstanding customer experience by being the first point of contact for clients. The Customer Care Specialist will assist customers through various channels, contribute to improving customer experience, and collaborate on product and process enhancements. Responsibilities include: - Supporting customers via email, chat, and phone.
- Continuously improving customer experience and service processes.
- Exceeding customer expectations with fantastic service.
- Contributing to product and process improvement from a customer perspective.
Requirements: - Excellent command of the Dutch language in word and writing.
- Experience with customer support for a tech product is a plus.
- Customer-oriented, eager to learn, and a real problem solver.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Bonus points for experience in the insurance, fintech, or SaaS industry or in a start-up/scale-up.
- A WFT Basis certificate (or willingness to obtain it through Insify).
Insify offers: - A salary of €35.000 - €41.000 per year (based on experience and full-time employment) + 6% pension contribution.
