Insify is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to provide excellent service to its French-speaking clientele. This role involves direct interaction with customers, offering advice and support regarding their insurance needs. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a dynamic team.

What This Role Involves:

  • Assisting customers via email, chat, and phone with clarity and empathy.
  • Continuously improving the customer experience through collaboration.
  • Providing feedback to refine products and processes.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in French (written & spoken).
  • Availability for full-time work.
  • Enthusiasm and motivation to tackle challenges.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player.
  • Experience in a regulated sector (insurance, banking, fintech) or customer support (Bonus).
  • Experience in a startup environment (Bonus).
