Insify, an innovative insurance provider, is seeking a Medisch Support Specialist to join their medical acceptance team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth, accurate, and customer-focused processes. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to contribute to building a new team and shaping Insify's approach to medical risk management.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, explaining insurance policies and medical acceptance decisions.
  • Requesting and verifying data, such as medical records, and processing it within the system.
  • Summarizing and conveying client information, identifying complex issues, and facilitating communication between clients and medical specialists.
  • Maintaining up-to-date client data, processing policy adjustments, and monitoring deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Background in administrative or secretarial work, preferably in a medical or insurance setting.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch.
  • Customer-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to obtain a WFT-certificate.
