Insify is seeking a passionate Recruiter to join their People team. Insify is a startup that offers an end-to-end digital insurance platform focusing on European entrepreneurs and SMEs.
The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and engaging with exceptional candidates for various roles across Insify. This role involves researching talent pools, sourcing candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities: - Research and source potential candidates from European talent pools.
- Build pipelines of potential candidates for current and future roles.
- Provide data-driven insights into talent trends and market dynamics.
- Collaborate with the Senior Recruiter, VP of People, and hiring managers.
- Manage outreach and provide timely communication to candidates.
- Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to enhance sourcing efficiency.
Requirements: - Strong passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Excellent research skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset with a drive to learn and adapt.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Native Dutch speaker.
- Bonus: Experience in tech recruitment or sourcing niche roles, familiarity with Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques, and experience with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
