Cake, an international talent community originating from Taiwan, is seeking an Associate Account Executive to join their team in the APAC region. This role is pivotal in driving the success of recruitment events by focusing on campaign planning and execution. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, detail-oriented, and possess strategic thinking capabilities.

As an Account Executive at Cake, the individual will work closely with cross-regional Business and Marketing Teams to build the largest talent pool in APAC. They will lead and execute recruitment events, acting as the primary contact for customers and driving strategy for potential partners.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and executing recruitment events in collaboration with companies.
• Acting as the primary contact and trusted advisor for customers.
• Developing and overseeing strategies for integrated communications.
