Cake, originating from Taiwan, is seeking an Associate Manager/Manager of Business Development to join their APAC team. This role involves driving teams to develop new markets and generate sales in the APAC region, with a focus on Taiwan, SEA, and India. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end sales efforts, automate business processes, and lead key regional and local strategic initiatives to grow traffic and revenue.

Responsibilities include:

  • Driving teams to develop new markets and generate sales in APAC.
  • Leading end-to-end sales efforts from research to contract signing.
  • Achieving team sales and customer acquisition targets.
  • Automating business processes to promote scalability.
  • Leading key regional and local strategic initiatives.

Requirements include:

  • Proven track record of driving teams to expand into new markets.
  • Experience managing large sales (2M+ USD annually or generating 500K+ USD new businesses).
  • Experience helping businesses/clients succeed through tailored services.
  • 6+ years of work experience in business development, sales, account management, and business consulting.
  • 2 years of experience managing and motivating a team.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese.
  • Analytical skills and a track record of using data to drive strategy.
  • Self-starter attitude.
