Associate Manager/Manager of Business Development, APAC at Cake Taiwan

Cake, an international talent community originating from Taiwan, is seeking an Associate Manager/Manager of Business Development to drive expansion in the APAC region. This role involves collaborating closely with the founding team to make impactful decisions and contribute to the company's mission.

Responsibilities:

• Drive teams to develop new markets and generate sales in APAC, especially for Taiwan, SEA, and India.
• Lead end-to-end sales efforts from research and storyboarding to client presentations and contract signing.
• Achieve team sales and customer acquisition targets responsibly and ethically, and with customer needs in mind.
• Automate business processes to promote scalability.
• Lead key regional and local strategic initiatives to grow traffic and revenue in APAC.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of driving teams to expand into new markets and managing large sales.
• 6+ years of work experience in business development, sales and account management, and business consulting.
• 2 years of experience managing and motivating a team of individual contributors.
• Ability to speak and write in English and Chinese fluently.
• Analytical and proven track record in using data to drive strategy and make decisions.
• Self-starter who identifies new opportunities, relentlessly drives growth and pushes projects forward.
