Job Description

Cake, an international talent community originating from Taiwan, is seeking a passionate and experienced Project Manager to expand collaboration opportunities with public institutions and make a greater impact on the community. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in government procurement, project execution, relationship management, and subsidy application.

Responsibilities include:

• Analyzing government procurement requirements and crafting innovative project proposals.
• Creating project timelines and execution plans for awarded tenders.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with government agencies and strategic partners.
• Conducting research on government funding programs and preparing high-quality application documents.

Requirements include:

• Proficiency in writing project proposals with clear logic and excellent articulation skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Solid project management skills.
• Adept at using digital tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Chat GPT, etc.).
• Basic business English proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field.
• At least 1 year of experience in project management or event planning.
