• Conducting outreach through cold emails.
• Maintaining relationships with recruitment clients and understanding their needs.
• Identifying and converting potential B2B clients.
• Establishing partnerships with local universities and career fairs.
• Implementing creative ways to improve customer relationships.
• Managing a portfolio of small-to-medium-sized companies.
• Identifying key customer stakeholders and supporting PR events.

Requirements:
