Job Description
Cake, originating from Taiwan, is seeking a Business Development Representative to join their team in Taipei. Cake is an international talent community connecting job seekers and employers worldwide. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter passionate about working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on APAC talents in the digital age, working closely with the founding team.

Responsibilities include:
  • Driving teams to develop new markets in APAC (especially SEA and India) and the US, and accelerate Cake's mass adoption in Taiwan.
  • Analyzing territory, designing and executing territory strategy.
  • Following up on marketing leads from various campaigns.
  • Profiling customer demographics and understanding customer interests.
  • Articulating the value proposition and relevant use cases for Cake Talent Services to prospective clients.
  • Working closely with multiple stakeholders to achieve campaign goals.
  • Managing multiple campaigns concurrently.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record of driving teams to expand into new markets and managing large sales (2M+ USD annually).
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or business consulting, or 1+ years of entrepreneurial experience.
  • Critical thinker with a passion for creating and implementing solutions.
  • Effective communicator and coordinator.
  • Result-oriented with a focus on measurable impact.
  • Great leader with determination, flexibility, and imagination.
  • Competent English ability.
