Cake, originating from Taiwan, is looking for a Business & Marketing Intern to join their Business Development teams. The intern will focus on growing the business in Malaysia and supporting expansion into international markets. The intern will work directly with the Business Development team, bringing Cake's client's brand story to life to attract talent in the Malaysia market.

Responsibilities involve:

• Supporting business operation and employer brand promotion activities in key markets including Malaysia.
• Localizing global content for the regional market.
• Understanding local hiring trends to provide insight.
• Creating content on social media platforms and career sites.
• Supporting the promotion of hiring activities.
• Collaborating with clients to understand their talent attraction goals.

Requirements:

• Experience with creative platforms and social media.
• Supporting local content creation.
• Quick learner in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with critical thinking skills.
• Great team player, able to work independently.
• Effective communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Basic Bahasa Melayu proficiency is an advantage.
• Commitment for a minimum 6-month period (min. 3 days/week).
• Foreign applicants need ARC and valid work permits.
