The role is a hybrid position, requiring the consultant to be present in Jakarta but also offering flexibility for remote work. The consultant will be responsible for daily recruitment processes, including business development, market research, client consultation, candidate interviewing, and stakeholder communication. The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating partnerships and driving growth for the business in Indonesia and the surrounding region.

Requirements:

• Graduate with Recruitment, Consulting, Sales skills
• Experience in project management and driving business growth
• Having a proven track record for establishing new clients (For Senior/Mid Role)
• Excellent interviewing skills and experience
• Strong communication skills, with a focus on both verbal and written communication
• Effective recruiting skills, with experience in sourcing and selecting high-quality candidates
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
