Cake is seeking an Associate Manager/Manager of Recruitment Consultant to join their team in Taipei, Taiwan. The role involves assisting clients in finding the right talent, providing talent market insights, and contributing to the financial aspects of recruitment.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a key team lead of the Recruitment Team
• Help recruitment clients to build their teams
• Provide talent market insights
• Team management
• Recruiting best practice
• Contribute to the financial aspects of recruitment

Requirements:

• Strong command of Mandarin in both verbal and writing.
• English: conversational level.
• 5+ years experience in headhunting firms, or any recruitment-relevant experience and proven high performance and sales record.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment while maintaining attention to detail and delivering high-quality results.
