Cake is seeking an Associate Manager/Manager of Recruitment Consultant to join their team in Taipei, Taiwan. This role involves assisting clients in finding the right talent, providing talent market insights, and contributing to the financial aspects of recruitment.Cake was established in 2016 and has grown to serve over 7 million users worldwide, collaborating with over 10,000 companies. The company offers AI tools for resumes and portfolios, job search strategies, networking resources, and international job opportunities.Responsibilities:

• Serve as a key team lead of the Recruitment Team.
• Help recruitment clients build their teams and meet business goals.
• Lead partial functions of the Recruitment Team to provide talent market insights.
• Contribute to the financial aspects of recruitment, including P&L.

Requirements:

• Strong command of Mandarin in both verbal and writing.
• English: conversational level.
• 5+ years experience in headhunting firms or recruitment-relevant experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
