The Recruitment Consultant will assist clients in finding suitable talent, provide market insights, and contribute to candidate sourcing and technical assessments. The role involves matching candidates with tech companies and helping fast-growing companies build their teams.

• Drive candidate sourcing and technical assessments.

Requirements:

• Strong command of Mandarin in both verbal and writing.
• Conversational level English.
• Professional maturity and self-discipline.
• 1+ years of experience as an in-house recruiter, consultant in headhunting firms, or relevant experience.
