As a Recruitment Consultant Intern at Cake, the candidate will assist the recruitment consultant team in matching candidates with Cake's clients. This involves communication with candidates and companies to understand their needs and help them achieve their goals. This role will allow the candidate to learn sales techniques and understand the talent market.

Role Involves:

• Confirming recruitment needs of companies.
• Assisting in finding and evaluating potential candidates.
• Matching candidates with companies.
• Assisting the team in achieving its business goals.

Requirements:

• Good oral and written Chinese skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Clear logic and understanding of company needs.
• Ability to work effectively in an independent environment.
• Passion for the startup industry and its operating model.
• Availability of at least 3 days a week; internship of at least 6 months.
