Cake, a Taiwan-based international talent community, is seeking a Recruitment Consultant Intern to join their team in Taipei. This internship offers the opportunity to collaborate with experienced recruitment consultants, assisting Cake's clients in finding suitable candidates and achieving their recruitment and business goals. The role involves extensive communication with candidates and companies, understanding their needs, and facilitating successful matches. What this role involves:
- Confirming recruitment needs with corporate clients.
- Assisting in identifying and evaluating potential candidates.
- Matching candidates with suitable companies.
- Supporting the team in achieving business objectives.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Clear logical thinking and ability to understand specific talent needs of companies.
- Ability to work effectively independently without high-pressure supervision.
- Enthusiasm for the startup industry and understanding of startup business models.
- Availability for at least 3 days per week, with a minimum internship duration of 6 months.
