Verkada is seeking a highly motivated Associate Account Executive to join their team in Tampa, FL. This role is part of the "Verkademy" program, designed to fast-track Sales Associates into Mid-Market Account Executives. The ideal candidate will be passionate, energetic, and a self-starter, capable of thriving in a fast-paced sales environment.Verkada is a leader in cloud-based B2B physical security, offering integrated product lines including video security cameras, access control, environmental sensors, alarms, workplace solutions, and intercoms.
Responsibilities: - Prospect, qualify, and follow up on cold leads.
- Understand customer needs and communicate how Verkada can solve them.
- Generate meetings and opportunities for Account Executives.
- Provide accurate lead distribution and thorough discovery.
- Use Verkada's Salesforce.com systems and sales enablement tools.
- Consistently achieve quota to ensure territory revenue and growth objectives.
- Build relationships with prospects and internal/external customers.
Requirements: - Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting.
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant working experience.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English.
- Salesforce.com and Outreach experience is a plus.
- Must be eligible to work in the US.
