Job Description
HiveWatch is seeking a GSOC Operator to proactively support multiple clients in diverse locations. This role involves utilizing technology for emergency and non-emergency security operations, incoming call triage, event dispatching, and event-driven notification services, 24/7.Responsibilities:
  • Represent HiveWatch's customer service principles.
  • Utilize software platforms to answer calls, monitor access control, video feeds, and threat intelligence.
  • Dispatch security officers and liaise with emergency services.
  • Prioritize and make decisions under stress.
  • Maintain records of communications and events.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to respond to incidents.
  • Communicate information to key partners.
  • Participate in projects and improve operations.
  • Maintain composure during critical incidents.
  • Comply with HiveWatch's rules and maintain confidentiality.
  • Generate concise reports.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a communications or operations center.
  • Willingness to learn technical systems.
  • Availability for overnight shift work.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Reliable communication and transportation.
  • Willingness to sign a confidentiality agreement.
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
