Talkdesk is seeking a Total Rewards Analyst to manage the Portugal benefits programs and support compensation processes. The role involves maintaining pay structures, managing the Portugal Flex program, reviewing benefits invoices, and addressing employee questions. This position reports to the Global Benefits Manager and collaborates with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with benefits broker for recordkeeping.
  • Audit benefits invoices and process payments.
  • Maintain relationships with local vendors.
  • Manage annual health insurance renewals.
  • Administer medical, work, life, and accident insurance.
  • Run the Portugal Flex benefits program for 400+ employees.
  • Partner with Finance on monthly funding and reconciliation.
  • Employee Flex onboarding and presentation to new hires.
  • Prepare and send the monthly Flex file to our provider.
  • Support all Flex requests from employees.
  • Upload variable pay in Workday.
  • Participate in the annual compensation review process.
  • Analyze compensation trends in the tech industry.
  • Administer and maintain compensation programs.
  • Support employee inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years of Portugal benefits experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite; Workday experience a plus.
  • Experience with Portugal benefits (Flex) required.
  • Experience with managing vendor relationships and benefit brokers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with commitment to accuracy and compliance.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
