Senior Netsuite Developer at Talkdesk 2

Talkdesk is seeking a Senior NetSuite Developer to join their IT team. The role involves administering and extending NetSuite ERP with code and configurations, providing production support, and managing enhancement requests. The candidate will work on Jira tickets, troubleshoot issues, and support testing activities, while collaborating with international teams.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and support NetSuite ERP including Zone Advanced Billing (ZAB).
• Support NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) module.
• Develop and extend NetSuite functionality using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow.
• Collaborate with international IT & Business teams.
• Work on Jira tickets for NetSuite issues.
• Troubleshoot issues and document fixes.
• Communicate with stakeholders to understand requests.
• Participate in testing and quality assurance.
• Document processes and procedures.
• Support testing of NetSuite release upgrades.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in financial systems / ERP administration and support.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP and Advanced Revenue Management (ARM).
• Strong scripting skills with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow.
• Ability to work in a globally dispersed, remote environment.
• Ability to support during US hours and weekends.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Strong documentation skills.
