Talkdesk is seeking a Senior Salesforce CPQ Developer to join their team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be a courageous innovator passionate about redefining customer experience. This role involves managing the Salesforce CPQ system and ensuring seamless customer experience.
- Managing day-to-day operations of Salesforce CPQ.
- Configuring, customizing, and administering Salesforce CPQ solutions.
- Designing scalable solutions using configuration.
- Supporting and maintaining current Salesforce instance(s).
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Information Systems or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years’ of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with Sales Cloud.
- 3+ years experience managing a Quote-to-Cash process.
- Understanding of Salesforce CPQ.
- Experience in Salesforce technologies like Apex class, LWC, Triggers, REST APIs and integrations.
- Certified Salesforce Administrator.
- Certified Salesforce CPQ Specialist.
- Experience working in Salesforce CI/CD and CPQ deployment tools.
- Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills.
- Experience working in an agile environment with a growth mindset.
