Job Description
Talkdesk is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to drive revenue growth and acquire new customers within the Healthcare & Life Sciences sector. This role involves formulating and executing a sales strategy within an assigned territory. The Commercial Account Executive will report to a Sales Director and work within a focused team.Responsibilities include:
- Identifying, qualifying, and closing a sales pipeline of 100% net new logos.
- Prospecting into CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, and technical end-users.
- Building relationships to identify growth opportunities.
- Partnering with Solution Engineers throughout the sales cycle.
- Participating in sales enablement training.
- Business deal-making to identify opportunities and bring transactions to closure.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience growing revenues.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales functions, preferably in SaaS.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Consistent track record of quota achievement in SaaS, exceeding $50k ARR.
- Experience selling SaaS solutions to CXO, senior management, and director-level individuals.
