Job Description
Talkdesk is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to drive revenue growth and acquire new customers within the Healthcare & Life Sciences sector. This role involves formulating and executing a sales strategy within an assigned territory. The Commercial Account Executive will report to a Sales Director and work within a focused team.Responsibilities include:
  • Identifying, qualifying, and closing a sales pipeline of 100% net new logos.
  • Prospecting into CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, and technical end-users.
  • Building relationships to identify growth opportunities.
  • Partnering with Solution Engineers throughout the sales cycle.
  • Participating in sales enablement training.
  • Business deal-making to identify opportunities and bring transactions to closure.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience growing revenues.
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales functions, preferably in SaaS.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Consistent track record of quota achievement in SaaS, exceeding $50k ARR.
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions to CXO, senior management, and director-level individuals.
