Job Description
Talkdesk is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue and build lasting relationships. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing the sales process, and communicating market feedback.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue/quota
  • Develop a sales strategy and plan for consistent achievement of objectives
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Align with the Talkdesk sales Go-to-Market plan
  • Communicate accurate forecast information
  • Engage in problem-solving across functional areas
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of new business, direct sales experience
  • Prior experience selling SaaS-based solutions
  • Strong analytical and business deal-making capability
  • Demonstrated track record of planning and implementing new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Extensive negotiation and contract development experience
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Travel required: 50%+
