Job Description
Talkdesk is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue and build lasting relationships. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing the sales process, and communicating market feedback.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue/quota
- Develop a sales strategy and plan for consistent achievement of objectives
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Align with the Talkdesk sales Go-to-Market plan
- Communicate accurate forecast information
- Engage in problem-solving across functional areas
Requirements: - 5+ years of new business, direct sales experience
- Prior experience selling SaaS-based solutions
- Strong analytical and business deal-making capability
- Demonstrated track record of planning and implementing new business opportunities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Extensive negotiation and contract development experience
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Travel required: 50%+
