Job Description

Talkdesk is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business development within large enterprise accounts in the Finance industry. The ideal candidate will foster and expand the company’s relationship with business units and divisions of enterprise customers.

The Enterprise Account Executive will understand customers’ business strategy, manage the end-to-end sales process, and bring innovative ideas that showcase Talkdesk’s competitive advantage.

Responsibilities include:

  • New business development
  • Relationship building
  • Managing sales process
  • Achieving revenue targets

Requirements include:

  • 8+ years of direct sales experience, preferably SaaS
  • Experience selling to Financial Services accounts
  • Experience in strategic value-based selling
  • Strong business acumen
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
