Job Description
Talkdesk is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business development within large enterprise accounts in the Healthcare industry. This role, based remotely in the USA, is responsible for fostering relationships with business units and divisions of enterprise customers, understanding their business strategies, and managing a long-term business portfolio. He/She will manage the end-to-end sales process, engage appropriate resources, and bring innovative ideas to showcase Talkdesk’s competitive advantage. The ideal candidate will meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue quotas through the Talkdesk sales process.Responsibilities:
  • New business development within large enterprise accounts
  • Foster and expand company relationships
  • Understand customer business strategy
  • Manage end-to-end sales process
  • Communicate accurate forecast information
Requirements:
  • 50%+ Travel required
  • Experience selling Enterprise software into Healthcare
  • 8+ years of direct sales experience
  • Experience with strategic value based selling
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions
  • Strong business acumen
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
