Talkdesk is seeking a highly passionate and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join their team in the Netherlands. The candidate will play a key role in Talkdesk’s growth and culture by identifying viable sales opportunities.

Role Involves:

  • Achieving and exceeding monthly metrics for qualified meetings and opportunities.
  • Finding opportunities through consistent outreach via calling, email, social, video, and other channels.
  • Collaborating with sales, marketing, and pre-sales teams to develop prospecting plans.
  • Articulating Talkdesk’s value proposition to decision-makers.
  • Managing and maintaining data integrity within Salesforce.

Requirements:

  • Fluent Dutch Language skills
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
  • Positive attitude and a desire to grow and succeed.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional verbal & written communication skills.
  • Team player mentality.
  • Proven track record of success in account development and prospecting.
  • Disciplined approach to time management.
  • Experience using Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
