AI Senior Solution Consultant - Financial Services

Job Description

Talkdesk is seeking an AI Senior Solutions Consultant to join their Professional Services (PS) organization. The role involves driving the implementation of AI solutions for Financial Services clients, supporting Sales Consultants and external partners, and shaping AI deal architecture. The AI Senior Solutions Consultant will collaborate across teams to customize solutions that align with strategic objectives, delivering excellence throughout the AI Customer Journey.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading the implementation of AI solutions to meet customer use cases.
• Providing guidance and support to internal teams, partners, and customers during AI product implementation.
• Collaborating with implementation teams to address AI-specific challenges and align efforts.
• Participate in the sales process by collaborating with Sales Consultants to architect AI solutions
• Driving customer adoption by providing strategic guidance and best practices.
• Collaborating with internal teams to address feature requests and resolve issues.
• Developing and maintaining AI-specific templates and best practices.
• Acting as a trusted AI advisor to stakeholders and building relationships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in Professional Services, Consulting, or IT/Software Development, focused on AI or automation in a SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with AI technologies, such as Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Basic knowledge of coding languages like JavaScript and REST APIs.
• Consultative approach with strong communication skills.
• Mature demeanor, positive attitude, and client management experience.
• Organized self-starter with attention to detail.
• Ability to work cross-functionally.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
