Talkdesk is seeking an Experienced Full Stack Developer to contribute to building custom solutions, product extensions, and integrations. The role involves active development of custom applications to enhance the Talkdesk platform.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development of web services, user interfaces, and backend processes.
- Solve technical challenges and research innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with teammates to design and implement scalable solutions.
- Participate in design sessions, contributing to architectural decisions.
- Ensure code quality through adherence to software design principles and code reviews.
- Adapt to new frameworks, languages, and technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2+ years of hands-on experience in software development with proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js.
- Experience with front-end development (React preferred) and expertise in AWS as the primary cloud platform.
- Strong understanding of software design principles, API development, and cloud-based service architectures.
- Proven experience working within agile development methodologies.
