Software Engineer - AI at Talkdesk 2

Talkdesk is seeking a Software Engineer - AI to contribute to the development of AI-driven architectures that power its intelligent customer engagement platforms. The Software Engineer will play a pivotal role in shaping AI-powered customer experiences and enhancing the efficiency of Talkdesk's service platforms.

The role involves:

• Developing, testing, and deploying a cloud-based data foundation system and AI agent platform.
• Leveraging AI/ML models and applying prompt engineering techniques.
• Conducting data analysis across structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.
• Utilizing technologies such as data and pattern mining, business intelligence (BI), and data transformation and processing.
• Delivering scalable solutions that align with established technical designs and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in Java, Python, C++, C#, Kotlin, Scala, or similar languages.
• Understanding of database concepts and SQL.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience in cloud service development is a plus.
