Clear Street is seeking a Revenue Operations & Sales Lead Generation Specialist to support the company's go-to-market strategy by optimizing sales operations and pipeline growth. This role involves supporting sales-driven lead generation efforts with a focus on outbound prospecting, account-based targeting, and pipeline conversion to warm, qualified leads. The specialist will streamline processes, manage the revenue tech stack, and ensure data integrity to accelerate revenue growth.Responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing account-based sales campaigns.
- Designing and implementing scalable workflows for lead management.
- Monitoring key revenue metrics and ensuring data accuracy.
- Managing and optimizing Salesforce and integrated tools.
- Supporting leadership with data-driven recommendations for revenue growth.
Requirements:
- At least four years of professional experience in sales & revenue operations and demand generation campaigning.
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce, marketing automation tools, and RevOps platforms.
- Proven ability to design and optimize sales workflows and processes.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and a deep understanding of pipeline management and revenue forecasting.
