Generative AI Engineering Manager at Nexxen

Nexxen is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead its Generative AI team in Tel Aviv. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading a team that is developing Nexxen's next-generation Conversational Agents, designed for seamless integration across its platforms. What this role involves:

• Leading and mentoring the Gen AI team in developing conversational agents.
• Managing the team roadmap, facilitating team building, and overseeing software project execution.
• Developing and implementing innovative AI-driven solutions to advance platform capabilities.
• Working closely with different stakeholders; including developers, product managers, and business operations to align goals and outcomes.
• Leading the development of Conversational Agents, from concept design to production deployment.
• Exploring and researching advanced AI technologies and integrate with external APIs and services.

Requirements:

• BSc in Computer Science or related degree.
• 3+ years of experience in leading engineering teams.
• 8+ years of experience in building customer-facing full-stack applications.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Python.
• Deep understanding of large language model (LLM) core concepts and usage, including prompting and reasoning strategies.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Excellent spoken and written English skills.
