Senior Software Engineer- GenAI at Nexxen

Nexxen is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join its Gen AI team in Tel Aviv. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of next-generation conversational agents, designed for seamless integration across Nexxen's platforms.

What the role involves:

• Contributing expertise and guidance to a Gen AI team in developing conversational agents.
• Supporting the team roadmap, facilitating team collaboration, and overseeing software project execution.
• Developing and implementing innovative AI-driven solutions to advance platform capabilities.
• Working closely with different stakeholders; including developers, product managers, and business operations to align goals and outcomes.
• Leading the development of Conversational Agents, from concept design to production deployment.
• Exploring and researching advanced AI technologies and integrate with external APIs and services.

Requirements:

• BSc in Computer Science or related degree.
• 7+ years of experience in building customer - facing full-stack applications.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Python.
• Deep understanding of large language model (LLM) core concepts and usage, including prompting and reasoning strategies.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Node.js, particularly Nest.js.
• Experience in designing agentic workflows - an advantage.
• Experience with Langchain or Langraph - an advantage.
• Excellent spoken and written English skills.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for impacting engineering teams, products, and customers.
