Senior Account Executive - Holding Companies

Job Description

Nexxen is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join its Strategic Sales Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing sales, promoting Nexxen's managed service offering, and increasing awareness of the Nexxen end-to-end solution among advertisers and holding company agencies in New York.

The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for all tactical sales and client management aspects of their assigned book of business. They will drive revenue by proactively selling Nexxen's technology solution to new business brands and agencies. This role requires building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and results.

• Achieving fiscal and strategic goals.
• Cultivating and nurturing connections with marketing agencies and brands.
• Overseeing sales forecasting tools and reporting.
• Collaborating with local Trading and Account management teams to achieve client goals.
• Communicating effectively with external partners, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Recognizing business challenges that Nexxen's solutions can address.
• Innovating and implementing solutions for unarticulated needs and market requirements.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of outbound sales experience in programmatic digital advertising.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue expectations.
• Understanding of the Adtech ecosystem.
• Strong communication skills.
• Established network of relationships with decision-makers at brands and holdco advertising agencies.
• Ability to manage strategic and complicated sales cycles.
• Accustomed to building own processes to hold yourself accountable in sales cycle.
• Strong team player.
• Successful negotiation experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
