Job Description
Nexxen is seeking a Senior Agency Development Director to join their Sales team in New York. This role focuses on creating key partnerships to influence advertiser business strategies, particularly within the OMG (Omnicom Media Group) Holding Company. The Senior Agency Development Director will report to Nexxen’s Chief Revenue Officer.This role involves:
- Presenting the Nexxen value proposition to agency leadership and stakeholders.
- Developing and negotiating trading agreements to grow revenue.
- Collaborating with field sales teams to achieve revenue goals.
- Staying current on industry trends and providing internal recommendations.
- Acting as a company spokesperson at industry events.
- Gathering market feedback and providing updates to product development.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales experience, with 2+ years in ad tech, SaaS, or programmatic sales.
- Solid relationships at the agency holding company level, partner agencies, and advertisers.
- Track record of consistently achieving sales revenue targets.
- Comfortable with data and data storytelling.
- Well-rounded knowledge of the AdTech Ecosystem & programmatic is required.
- Ability to successfully execute cross-team and command respect from internal/external stakeholders
