Job Description
Nexxen is seeking a Manager of Campaign Management to oversee a team of PMP Campaign Managers and ensure the success of client's programmatic campaigns. The Manager will execute a strategy for Campaign Management that aligns with the company’s vision, build strong cross-functional relationships, and drive operational efficiencies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Campaign Managers.
- Prioritize continued education and drive operational efficiencies.
- Identify areas for improvement and redefine internal tools and processes.
- Establish communication channels and business processes.
- Manage onboarding for new hires.
- Understand Nexxen’s products and features and recommend solutions.
- Act as a point of escalation for the team and troubleshoot trends.
- Be responsible for conflict resolution and solving operational issues.
- Foster a culture of teamwork and problem-solving.
- Attend meetings with key internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with programmatic campaigns in a DSP or SSP.
- 1+ years of managing direct reports.
- Expert level knowledge of critical programmatic campaign components.
- Demonstrated success in building effective processes and workflow streams.
- Excellent business writing, training, negotiation, communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Proven analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Advanced knowledge in Excel and PPT.
- Self-starter capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with the ability to delegate projects.
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to identify critical issues.
