Senior Finance Business Partner (FP&A) at Enavate

Enavate, a US-based IT company and Microsoft Gold Partner, is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner. This role is based in Ukraine and involves driving strategic decision-making and financial excellence. The Senior Finance Business Partner will report to the Senior Leader of Finance and Accounting.

The role is a trusted advisor to business leaders and involves guiding the company’s financial trajectory. The role will influence key decisions and shape the future direction of the organization. The Senior Finance Business Partner will take ownership of forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with C-level executives to develop forecasts and budgets.
• Provide financial advice and evaluate investment cases.
• Analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and deliver financial dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate on long-term financial planning.
• Support M&A activities, project monitoring, and revenue recognition.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Experience in Corporate FP&A, preferably in the Professional Services industry.
• Proven ability to partner with C-level executives.
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles.
• Ability to thrive in a multinational environment.
• Strong multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
