Senior Finance Business Partner (FP&A) at Enavate

Enavate is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to drive strategic decision-making, financial excellence, and sustainable growth. This role involves collaborating with global teams in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. The Senior Finance Business Partner will be a trusted advisor to business leaders, including C-level executives.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with C-level executives and business unit leaders to develop forecasts and budgets.
• Provide financial advice, including creating and evaluating investment cases.
• Analyze financial performance to identify key trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and deliver financial dashboards and reports for decision-making support.
• Collaborate on long-term financial planning, guiding business units in strategic decision-making.
• Support M&A activities, project monitoring, and revenue recognition.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Solid experience in Corporate FP&A, preferably in the Professional Services industry.
• Proven ability to partner with C-level executives and influence strategic business decisions.
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles, particularly for tech companies.
• Ability to thrive in a multinational environment.
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
