Senior Finance Business Partner (FP&A) at Enavate

As a Senior Finance Business Partner, the candidate will be a trusted advisor to business leaders, including C-level executives and business unit leaders. In this strategic role, the candidate will partner with leadership to guide the company’s financial trajectory, influence key decisions, and shape the future direction of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with C-level executives and business unit leaders to develop forecasts and budgets.
• Provide financial advice, including creating and evaluating investment cases.
• Analyze financial performance to identify key trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and deliver financial dashboards and reports for decision-making support.
• Collaborate on long-term financial planning, proactively guiding business units.
• Support M&A activities, project monitoring, and revenue recognition.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Solid experience in Corporate FP&A, preferably in the Professional Services industry.
• Proven ability to partner with C-level executives and influence strategic business decisions.
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
